Narrow River

Narrow River is located within felsic to intermediate volcanics, south of the Swain Lake Deformation Zone. Three historic Au occurrences within the  property limits are associated with quartz-sulphide veining - grab samples report trace to low gold values, chip samples across quartz veins 4.50 g/t to 96.50 g/t Au(1)*. Work was done from the late 1920’s through the late 1980’s and includes mapping, airborne mag and EM, trenching and sampling. In 1987 St. Joe Canada Inc. completed 13 drillholes. Selective sampling indicates mainly trace Au levels, excluding hole GH-87-01 that reports 12.50 g/t Au over 0.35m at 39m(2). Fronteer Development Group conducted surface geological and geophysical work in 2002.

*NOTE: *True widths are unknown. EMX has not performed sufficient work to verify the published assay data referenced above, and these data cannot be verified as being compliant with NI43-101 standards. These historically reported data should not be relied upon until they can be confirmed, but EMX believes this information is considered reliable and relevant.
