Hunter 1-12 / Cassiar Gold Property

EMX holds a 2.5% NSR royalty on the Hunter 1-12 claims within the southern portion of the Cassiar Gold Project in northern British Columbia. It is owned and operated by Cassiar Gold Corp. (TSX-V: GLDC; “Cassiar”). The Hunter 1-12 royalty asset covers a block within the Cassiar South area of the Cassiar Gold Property. Only minor exploration has previously been done in the Hunter area, which resulted in the discovery of a mineralized zone on the Theresa vein1. The Hunter area has potential for discoveries of high-grade gold vein systems1.

The primary exploration target in the Cassiar project is the Taurus deposit in the north, which is a large, bulk-tonnage opportunity with high-grade vein targets. Cassiar is actively advancing the Taurus deposit, with an active mine permit and a fully permitted existing mill, capable of processing 300 tons per day.

*Note: The nearby mines and deposits in the region provide context for EMX’s royalty asset, which occurs in a similar geologic setting, but this is not necessarily indicative that the project hosts similar mineralization.
