Pyramid

Norra Metals Corp’s (“Norra”) Pyramid project is located along the Dease River at the northern edge of British Columbia’s “Golden Triangle” region. The project contains zones of both porphyry gold-copper and epithermal style mineralization developed in Quesnel Terrane host rocks, one of the key hosts for porphyry deposits in British Columbia.

The property has undergone extensive surface mapping, sampling and geophysical surveys, along with reconnaissance drilling (2016 and 2017). Norra’s drilling on the property intersected altered intrusive rocks with geochemically anomalous copper and associated gold mineralization.

EMX has been granted a 1% NSR royalty on the Pyramid project, along with NSR royalties on four properties in Scandinavia that were sold to Norra (see EMX news release dated February 19, 2019).

*Note: The nearby mines and deposits in the region provide context for EMX’s Project, which occurs in a similar geologic setting, but this is not necessarily indicative that the project hosts similar mineralization.
